If you build it...

Update: My dad was awesome and brought me a spare key to my car on Friday. Thank you for all the concerns. All ended well!
Had an AWESOME time at Vala's on Sunday. There was probably at least 500+ people there. The lines went pretty fast and we got to do a lot of stuff. I had to get into my map (if you have ever seen the Friends episode where they are in London and Joey has a pop-up map he "steps" into to figure out where to go) and figure out where to go. I didn't figure out until the end of the day how to correctly read the map. I couldn't figure out why they would put like D7 as the location when on the map there were only single letters and numbers. Two or three hours later, I see the bars on the top and side. Totally need a refresher in map reading! The haunted house was a little scary. Wasn't expecting real people to be in there jumping out. The pirate maze was harder than expected but we made it out alive. We decided to get some food at the "Pirate bar and grub" (not sure that's the correct name, but just along with it) and ate on wooden ship. There were all these little kids around pretending to be pirates, it was really funny. There was this one little girl who was telling us she was giving the pirate cut outs kisses and she accidentally kissed one of them on the crotch. She thought it was sooo funny and we couldn't believe she was telling us this story. I guess kids will really say anything!
The real exciting part was losing my car when I went to leave. Do you know how hard it is to find a black car in a dark corn field? I do! I was seriously looking for 10 minutes. I envied the people with those buttons that lock/unlock their cars. It's easy to find a car when the lights and or alarm is going off. Luckily I found my car and all was good. I think I had a layer of dirt caked on my shoes. Feel sorry for the persons who wore flip flops.
All in all it was very fun! I am so up for going again if anyone is interested! Until next time...
