One of the main reasons I started up this blog was to vent my frustrations from work. I still have a very ex-coworker but things have been slightly better since we had "the talk." I never got a chance to blog about it but it was horrible. I know she still loathes me, maybe more than I loathe her. But I got out what I felt and she was told to change. Well, the magic fairy dust that made her somewhat easier to work with has started to wear off. My latest favorite is from this morning. I was checking in someone for a test that has very strict ID requirements. This examinee did not have the proper ID and she had to return home to get her ID. It happens more than we like but its just something that happens. So, the girl was gone getting her ID and I was just avoiding her eye contact and then she spoke:
" I almost asked if she had the correct ID when she came in. I don't know what it was but I just had this feeling to ask her. But then you started to talk to her and I thought well thats okay."
So it was my fault that I was HELPING someone and disrupted her prediction. All I could say was " I'm sorry?" The day had just begun so I know she is just going to be a spit fire today...might be a 3 drink lunch today...oh wait I used my last 10.00 to buy gas last night. I will go see if I can find any mouth wash....
