Can I get an Amen its Friday!! AMEN! okay..back to business. The workplace has hit a serious drought and I am forced to stay awake by reading anything that catches my eye on the Internet. Here are some interesting things from this week.

Bo Bice gets a massage in Lincoln:
Just found this story this morning. Random on two levels, it was Bo Bice and he was in Lincoln and decided to get a massage? I just found the article totally ridiculous. It just went on and on about how the manager had to confess to him that everyone in her salon had voted for him....riiiight. I would have responded with "prove it" or "I don't believe you." and this is why I can never be a celebrity. I'm sure he hasn't heard that one before. My favorite part was the following:

The women at Utopia have fun in their down time. They talk about many things, like the hot guys on TV. Deidra and Sherry both have photo shrines to Patrick Dempsey taped behind the front desk. Sherry sits on the right as you come in, Deidra on the left. Sherry also has a shrine to Jon Bon Jovi. Deidra has one to Matthew McConaughey. They share a hand-lotion dispenser in the middle, which Sherry decorated with photos of Patrick Dempsey on one side, Rob Lowe on the other.

That's just what Bo Bice wants to see/hear. Your shrine to guys you think are hot. I think the medical term for their behavior is PSYCHO.

Do you know what could be in your can of Red Bull:
I have been on a energy drink kick lately but got curious just how much more caffeine am I benefiting from by purchasing overpriced beverages. Turns out a cup of coffee actually has more caffeine than a can of Red Bull, but Red Bull has twice the amount of caffeine as a can of Coke. The real interesting fact below about made me throw up in my mouth a little:

In its natural form, taurine is derived from animal tissue, usually bull bile or semen; however, the taurine used in the Red Bull drink is produced synthetically.

I feel better knowing this because I was worried I was not getting enough bull bile or semen in my diet...
